Infinity Ward announced a new weekly playlist for Warzone 2, but fans will have access to each playlist at the same time.
In the Season 2 patch notes, Raven Software stated that Ashika Island would be available for all team sizes. However, the new map only launched with quads, and players called the developers “lies”. Friday 24 In February, the Resurgence map finally got a solo playlist that restored faith in its community members.
The good faith didn’t last long, as Raven Software only made solos available in a weekend playlist. Twitch streamer Symfuhny gave up playing Ashika Island after his favorite playlist was removed just after a few days.

Call of Duty added duos to the game mode in Warzone 2’s latest playlist update, prompting players to question why they can’t have every playlist available at the same time.
Warzone 2 players require every Ashika Island playlist
Resurgence Solos have been removed from the Warzone 2 playlist.
Warzone 2 news account ModernWarzone claimed, “We were promised all squad sizes for Ashika Island at launch in Warzone 2.”
They continued: “Since then they’ve only given us quads for a week, added solos, removed solos after a weekend, and now only given us duos and quads. Why are we being drip-fed revival playlists?”
Much smaller in scale than Al Mazrah, Ashika Island has 52 players, which are 13 teams of four in quads. With players respawning in four-man squads, taking out enemies can get a little too chaotic, especially if you’re in a solo queue.

One player replied: “Willing to bet the playerbase isn’t big enough this CoD for all the playlists to split the players.”
ModernWarzone answered“If this is the case, then keep trios and solos permanently and root out duos and quads.”
CoD leaks TheGhostOfHope argued, “It’s just a dumb excuse for the developers who didn’t learn jack sh** from the first game.”
For now, players must log in when their preferred playlist is available.
